Fuschia night sky

beyond retro crop jumper £12, topshop necklace a gift, models own lipstick in deep fuschia, DIY galaxy skirt charity shop £2

Step 1: Get a cheap galaxy coloured tube top/skirt. I chose purple.
Step 2: Get some bleach. I used toilet bleach*.
Step 3: Soak skirt in water, and shake bleach randomly.
Step 4: Leave to dry.
Step 5: I dipped it in some left over pink dye to add more nice starry layers
Step 6: Wash 300billion** times to get rid of chlorine smell.

That was my gift to you in apology for not posting for like a month or something.
Models own lipstick's really smell like greasepaint. The price for pigment...

*And I'd reccommend doing a bleach test first, some materials go yucky
** How many stars there are in the Milky Way!

Illusions come illusions go

uniqlo beige chinos £9.99, beyond retro £9, h! by henry holland boots £48, vintage ebay rucksack £14

Guess what, changed the header again. But this time it's a keeper, I didn't feel comfortable with the previous one because I didn't make it myself. And it was still emo.
+ Finally an outfit post! I've been experimenting with a 50mm prime lens which Lucy kindly lent me as I'm about to send off my usual lens to Nikon, in hope that they will restore it to its former glory. Although I love this 50mm, I think a 35mm would be best, I've had to do some serious backing away from people to take a shot (involving minor accidents), and I miss autofocus waaaaay too much. Still, I've learnt from this.

Soon comes the season of car booting! :) And, check out the eBay shop again - more items added tomorrow!
Was kind of breezy today. Hair was all over the place
++ I'm featured in Top19TeenBloggers which is megah-ubah-supah coohl. (Ummm. Sorry)

Row row row your boat

£6 beyond retro vintage t-shirt, £15 topshop shorts, £6 uniqlo cardigan, vintage belt, £4 h&m sunglasses
A little punting on the Oxfordian river of Cherwell. Take note of the stag party dressed in boater hats, braces, and waistcoats. Good old English tradition. Naturally, the filth that came out of their mouth contradicted their whimsical attire.

-got my gcse results! i'm so happy!-
-hope you all got the grades you wanted-

Just got back from Reading Festival - naturally I'm half dead. Photos soon!

There are no words for me in your dictionary

Believe it or not, I took this photo in London. In a secret place.
I would like to introduce you to my 99p carboot sale boots! I had to have them resoled, but, as genuine Harley Davison boots they are worth around £80.
But I am never ever going to sell them. They are too beautiful and are currently my welly alternative (after over usage my old pair of wellingtons are now not waterproof- not a good trait to have in a boot).

This jumper has a story too. When I bought it, (from Beyond Retro) it was at the same time that Alexa Chung was in the store! Imagine just browsing through rails of vintage and then BAM its your idol. It was an awesome moment. You should have been there.
harley davison boots, topshop shorts, vintage bag and jumper

P.S. Unfortunately, my friends call me "dictionary" when I wear this. Apparently thats what it reminds them of. I have great friends :)
P.P.S. I'm hiding my face because so far I'd spent 2nights under canvas - not a pretty sight..
P.P.P.S. Have a picture of Alexa in her cowbooy boots.
